Early signs point toward another robust year for real estate software M&A activity in 2017, as buyers such as Zillow, RealPage, Zoopla, CBRE, Altus, HomeAdvisor and others have already announced strategic acquisitions during these early months. This follows a record 2016, in which 93 software companies serving the multi-family, commercial and residential real estate segments were acquired.
