TECTURA Acquires Concord Business Systems

TEMPE, ARIZONA — JUNE 7, 2004 — TECTURA Corporation, a leading mid-market systems integrator specializing in the deployment of Microsoft integrated business solutions, today announced that it has acquired Concord Business Systems, the Atlanta-based expert in flexible packaging/converting manufacturing solutions.
