Noah Pritsker, Analyst
M&A Experience
At SEG, Noah supports the team with M&A analysis, research, and automation development. Through coursework and independent projects, he has gained experience in financial modeling and valuation, including DCF and three-statement modeling. His experience working with financial calculations, transaction records, and client materials has helped shape his systematic and analytical approach.
Noah was drawn to SEG by the opportunity to apply his finance background in a software-focused M&A environment. He is particularly interested in understanding how software businesses are evaluated, positioned, and brought to market. He is excited to continue learning from the SEG team, deepen his understanding of the software industry, and help elevate the content SEG produces for clients and the broader software market.
About
Outside of work and school, Noah stays active through combat sports and hiking and enjoys cooking. Whether he’s training, getting outside, trying a new recipe, or cooking for friends and family, he enjoys having ways to challenge himself, unwind, and spend time with the people around him.
