Caden Wessler, Analyst

Caden supports SEG’s deal execution team, where he assists in financial analysis, market research, valuation work, and preparing client-facing materials. He brings strong analytical capabilities developed through rigorous coursework in Finance and Business Analytics, modeling projects, and presentation-based assignments at the University of San Diego.

Prior to joining SEG, Caden spent two years at Air Methods as a Finance and Clinical Operations Intern, gaining hands-on experience in healthcare-related finance and operational strategy. During his time there, he supported cross-functional teams, contributed to financial reporting and process improvement initiatives, and developed a deeper understanding of how analytical insights drive real-world business outcomes.

Caden Wessler spends much of his time outdoors, staying active in many ways. He played Division I soccer at the University of San Diego and has competed internationally in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. He’s passionate about exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
