Skylar supports deal execution, including financial analysis, buyer outreach, diligence coordination, and the preparation of presentation materials. He also contributes to SEG’s research publications, capital markets coverage, and business development efforts. Prior to joining SEG, he gained buy-side investment experience with a search fund, where he assisted with market research, portfolio analysis, and deal sourcing, strengthening his ability to evaluate software companies.

Skylar was born and raised in San Diego, California. He is a current senior at San Diego State University studying Finance. Skylar is an avid fan of baseball and sabermetrics, Formula 1, and enjoys listening to electronic music. A lifelong foodie, he is always searching for the next great meal.
