M&A Experience
Madison Wigler began her journey at Software Equity Group as a Business Development Intern, where she gained hands-on exposure to SEG’s ideal client profile and learned the importance of a client-centric approach. She developed a strong understanding of the needs, challenges, and decision-making processes of software founders, CEOs, and investors through supporting outreach strategy, market research, and buyer engagement initiatives.
In May 2025, Madison transitioned into a full-time role as Marketing Analyst on SEG’s Marketing team. She now helps shape the firm’s content strategy, brand positioning, and digital presence, translating M&A data and industry trends into thought leadership, email campaigns, and social media content that strengthen SEG’s market voice.
About
Madison holds a B.A. in Business Communication with a minor in Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University. During her undergraduate studies, she authored an honors thesis titled Winning Business: A Qualitative Study on How Investment Banks Build Credibility Using Narrative Paradigm Theory, examining the role of storytelling in establishing trust in financial advisory relationships. She also studied international finance in Barcelona, gaining a global perspective on business practices.
