Nic began his career at Ernst and Young as a CPA, where he built and nurtured client relationships while developing strong forecasting and financial management acumen. In managing key client accounts, he played a role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organizations he served.
At SEG, Nic spends significant time getting to know prospective clients, understanding their businesses, and helping them think through how the market is likely to view their company. His approach is grounded in building trust early and giving founders a clear, honest perspective before any process begins. He leads SEG’s Strategic Assessment process for prospective clients, conducting detailed analysis across financials, customers, and product, to deliver tailored feedback that highlights strengths, identifies areas for improvement, and helps shape an informed view of valuation and market positioning.
