For our online rent collection we offer one-time payments plus automatic recurring payments to automate the rent collection process. Recurring payments can be set up for any day of the month along with monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, and bi-weekly options. Our one-time payment feature can be utilized to collect other miscellaneous payments, such as Security Deposits, Application Fees, Utility Payments, etc. Our credit reporting feature allows tenants to report their rent payments to TransUnion.
