Kendall’s experience as an auditor in public accounting has equipped her with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance. Prior to joining SEG, Kendall worked as a senior auditor at Deloitte, where she performed numerous annual and quarterly audit services for a Fortune 500 public energy company. Through her experience in auditing complex accounts and transactions, tackling new technical accounting issues, and sustaining her knowledge and understanding of the financial reporting process, Kendall is equipped to provide valuable yet digestible insights to clients as they undergo the M&A process.
