Cade Brower, Analyst
“If a picture is worth a thousand words, financial data can tell a story of a million words about a company and its expected performance in the market. We slice and dice the data and use these insights to best position our clients in the market, which can lead to multi-million dollar deals and optimal outcomes for our clients.”
Cade analyzes financial reports and customer data to help software executives explain their company’s performance to investors, project growth, and improve valuation. His background in economics and business development have given him a keen ability to recognize relevant insights and tell a story around a company’s operations.
Cade is involved in every aspect of the deal process, from market analysis to supporting due diligence. His recent deal contributions include:
- The acquisition of Produce Pro by Aptean, allowing the provider of enterprise technology solutions for the fresh produce distributors, brokers, processors and growers to benefit from Aptean’s global scale and resources
- The acquisition of Rapid Financial Solutions by Tyler Technologies for $68 million, a transaction that enables greater innovation in payment solutions for government entities
- The acquisition of Activated Insights by Homecare Pulse, a transaction that strengthened Homecare Pulse’s technology platform, enabling it to improve employee and customer satisfaction in the post-acute care market
In addition to financial analysis and market research, Cade excels at budgeting, forecasting, accounting and reporting.
Cade graduated from University of California San Diego with a degree in economics. He swam competitively in Division 1, where he was a team captain and served on the NCAA student advisory board. In that role, he gained early experience with fundraising and managing a budget, including raising money to support mental health services as UCSD. He has also been a high school swim coach, lifeguard and a volunteer for the Special Olympics. Cade worked in business development and market research prior to joining SEG.
