VertexOne a provider of SaaS solutions to the utility sector, acquires WaterSmart Software, a customer engagement and analytics platform for water conservation efforts. The acquisition will combine the two company’s customer bases, making VertexOne one of the largest SaaS providers to the North American utility sector. Together, VertexOne will be able to leverage the customer engagement and analytics software to provide a full suite of solutions tailored to the utility & water industry.
Franklin Resources Acquires AdvisorEngine
Franklin Resources, global investment management organization, acquires AdvisorEngine, provider of consulting and technology services to wealth management firms. The acquisition will enable the two companies to co-create new proprietary solutions for the financial and asset management industry, combining CRM, portfolio management, and productivity solutions.
Coupa Software Acquires ConnXus
Coupa Software a leading provider of spend optimization solutions, acquires ConnXus, a provider of supplier management software and diversity solutions. ConnXus is a strategic opportunity for Coupa, as they will bring expertise and data related to supplier diversity initiatives, which will enhance Coupa’s spend, expense, procurement, invoice, contract management, and budgeting SaaS solutions.
PointClickCare Technologies Acquires Consonus Healthcare Services
Electronic health record and revenue cycle management SaaS provider, PointClickCare, acquires Consonus Healthcare, a SaaS platform for pay for performance data analytics and consulting services. PointClickCare focuses mainly on the senior care spectrum; the acquisition of Consonus’s analytics platform will enable the PointClickCare platform’s ability to improve staff productivity and satisfaction, by driving better business efficiencies.
