SEG Client, Artez Interactive, Acquired By FrontStream Payments
SAN DIEGO, CA – August 19, 2013 – Software Equity Group, LLC (SEG) announced today its client, Artez Interactive, the leading provider of SaaS multi-channel nonprofit fundraising solutions, has been acquired by FrontStream Payments, Inc., a leading provider of payment, peer-to-peer fundraising and donor solutions.
Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Artez Interactive is the leading provider of multi-channel (web, mobile and social) fundraising solutions for nonprofits and charities, around the world. Friendship Powered Fundraising is a complete system of technology, functionality, services and support that gives fundraisers and donors the ability to “connect, share and care – when, how and where” across the channels and media they want to.
As a combined entity, FrontStream and Artez will leverage the strength of their applications and their teams to offer the most comprehensive set of fundraising and donation processing solutions to nonprofit organizations and integrated API partners on a global scale.
