Leading private equity firm Thoma Bravo announced the acquisition of RealPage (NASDAQ: RP), a provider of full-service property management software, for approximately $10.2B cash (or $88.75 per share).
RealPage’s SaaS-based platform provides property management, lease management, resident services, and financial analysis for builders and owners in the rental housing industry.
RealPage CEO Steve Winn, who will remain with the company, believes the deal “will enhance our ability to focus on executing our long-term strategy and delivering even better products and services to our clients and partners.”
