Thinkproject Acquires RAMM Software

Leading construction and engineering SaaS provider, thinkproject, acquires RAMM Software, a provider of asset and field management solutions. The acquisition will enables thinkproject to increase its growing international presence in the APAC region,strengthen the design & build of thinkproject’s platform, and expands thinkproject’s solutions to meet existing and new client needs. 

ComArch Acquires Cabinet Conseil Strategie Informatique

Global IT business products provider, Comarch SA, acquires Cabinet Conseil, a software provider for the computerization of the health care sector. The combined knowledge and platforms of the two companies will provide a stronger basis for reach in the healthcare industry. Taking over Cabinet Conseil will allow ComArch to better position themselves with an integrated platform in the remote home healthcare industry and adapt all the hosting services for sensitive health-related data.

eLearning Brothers Acquires Edulence

eLearning Brothers, a leader in the corporate learning technology industry, acquires Edulence, a provider of online education course creation tools. Together, eLearning Brothers will increase its ability to deliver a better eLearning platform for the corporate learning industry. The timing of this acquisition will allow eLearning Brothers to meet the increased demand for tech in this space.

Genalyte Acquires BaseHealth

TextDiagnostic lab testing services company, Genalyte, acquires BaseHealth, a predictive health data analytics platform. With the acquisition, Genalyte will be able to provide better onsite testing services, with rapid diagnostics and data analytics capabilities. By integrating BaseHealth’s platform, it will enable Genalyte to provide stronger point-of-care in real time, impacting patients in a positive way while becoming more cost-effective.
