Nextdoor acquires Neighborland

Community-based social media platform, Nextdoor, acquires Neighborland, a provider of mobile solutions to help public agencies communicate and engage with local citizens. The solution has been embedded within the Nextdoor platform and allows for cities, counties, police, and fire departments to efficiently manage and reach citizens in their local communities. Neighborland marks the first acquisition by Nextdoor since it’s $170 million capital raise in 2019.  

Thoma Bravo acquires Command Alkon

Thoma Bravo, a leading software and technology focused private equity firms, acquires Command Alkon, a provider of collaboration solutions for the heavy construction industry. The investment enables Command Alkon to remain focused on accelerating the integration of connected supply chain solutions for heavy building material producers, suppliers, and contractors.

MRI Software acquires Orchard Information Systems

MRI Software, acquires Orchard Information Systems, a provider of software solutions for the UK social housing sector. The Orchard platform will equip MRI to adequately address the varying needs and evolving business models of the UK residential market. As part of MRI, Orchard will benefit from MRI’s additional cloud software offerings, resident portal, technology, and expertise, which will help manage and grow diverse portfolios. Orchard further expands MRI’s international reach and strengthens MRI’s position as the leading provider of software to the public and affordable housing segments.
