Kris Beible, Director of Business Development,  joined SEG in May 2006.  Kris is primarily responsible for dialoguing with prospective sell-side and buy-side software, hosted services and technology companies that are interested in learning more about our services and value proposition. Typically, these are established companies in North America, Europe, Africa or  Asia that subscribe to our research reports, attend our webinars and welcome our input about exit strategy, timing and valuation. Kris also provides transaction support to our lead bankers and serves as co-editor of our quarterly and annual software industry reports where he is primarily responsible for analyzing public software company financial performance and M&A activity.

Kris received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with an emphasis in finance and accounting from the University of California San Diego. At UCSD, he received Provost's Honors and was an active member of the UCSD Investment Society. For four years Kris served as a part-time intern with Hemming Morse, Inc., a San Francisco based firm specializing in litigation and forensic accounting consulting, where he assisted with financial analysis and database support.
