Charles Curto has more than 20 years experience in investment banking, corporate development and corporate finance, having served as Director of Planning and Development for The Santa Cruz Operation, Manager of Business Development for Rockwell International, and Assistant Treasurer - International Finance for TRW.
A seasoned mergers & acquisitions professional who has structured and executed a variety of transactions in the U.S. and overseas, Charles has also held senior positions with two Southern California M&A advisories and was founder and Managing Principal of the Tech Coast Equity Group, an Irvine, California-based investment banking boutique.
Charles received his B.S. in Mathematics from Boston College and his M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University. He has completed the Mergers and Acquisitions Program at Northwestern University, as well as the Strategic Marketing and Manufacturing Strategy programs offered by Harvard Business School. Charles is a Certified Business Intermediary.
Charles has served on the boards of several technology-based companies, as well as on the board of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. In his off hours, Charles is a hiking docent for the Nature Conservancy at the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park and an avid outdoor photographer.
