Patrick is involved in the full-continuum of all aspects of SEG’s business, from client development through closing client engagements. He performs industry and financial market research; prepares offering decks; develops financial and valuation models; handles communication with clients; and drives deals.
- Solely managing all stages of a transaction, from the assimilation of marketing materials and related financial models and valuation analyses to directly communicating and negotiation with potential investors and strategic acquirers.
- Advising a wide variety of businesses in numerous software product categories, in both local and international transactions.
- Involved in recent select transactions including the strategic sale of CallMax to MRI Software, the acquisition of Verdazo Analytics by Pason Systems, and the investment from Providence Equity to ShowClix.
