Patrick is involved in the full-continuum of all aspects of SEG’s business, from client development through closing client engagements. He performs industry and financial market research; assists in identifying, contacting and screening prospective clients; prepares offering decks; develops financial and valuation models; handles communication with clients; and drives deals.

  • Patrick supported one of the firm’s most successful recent transactions. He assisted in preparing and presenting the pitch to the prospective client and in all steps of the transaction process, from assembling the Offering Memorandum and marketing materials to dialoguing with potential buyers and due diligence.
  • Patrick has advised clients in numerous software product categories, in both local and international transactions.
  • Recent selected transactions include the sale of CallMax to MRI Software, and the acquisition of Verdazo Analytics by Pason Systems.
