SEG Client, HomeTrak, Acquired By ClearCare

April 19, 2017 – Software Equity Group (SEG) announces its client, HomeTrak, a pioneer in private duty home care software solutions, has been acquired by ClearCare, a market leading SaaS and mobile platform for home care agencies. HomeTrak’s private duty home care software is a cloud-based system that provides home care agencies a comprehensive system for scheduling caregivers, hiring and tracking caregiver applications, patient assessment and charting, customer management, billing and payroll, and reporting. SEG served as exclusive advisor to HomeTrak.

As part of the acquisition, ClearCare will continue to support the HomeTrak Companion products.
